Psych Safety Day 2024 is a half-day virtual event focused on psychological safety. The theme, “Within, between, among,” explores how and where we experience psychological safety and the levers of change to pull on. It features global thought leaders, including Amy Edmondson, Dr. Anita Polite-Wilson, Lakshmi Gopalkrishnan, and Adam Travis, and offers a unique immersive 3D experience.
The event will take place on November 20, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST at Psych Safety Day 2024 . It will be hosted virtually through VFairs, providing an immersive online experience.
Psych Safety Day 2024 is ideal for business leaders, HR professionals, consultants, coaches, and anyone interested in fostering psychological safety within their organizations.
The event includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, all delivered through an immersive 3D platform. There will also be networking opportunities and virtual exhibition booths.
Topics fall under 3 categories: self leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. The sessions include strategies for scaling psychological safety, polyvagal theory, power intelligence, improv and practical strategies for fostering psychological safety in teams. The sessions are designed to be engaging and actionable.
Ticket pricing varies. Early-bird pricing is available, and there are discounts available for groups of 5 or more. Check the event registration page for detailed pricing information.
You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and an up-to-date browser. No special software is required; the event will run entirely through your web browser.
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing for registered attendees for 30 days after the event.
Yes, some of the speakers, including Amy Edmondson, will have a Q&A during their session. Attendees can submit their questions through the event platform, and speakers will address them in real-time.
The live event will be in English.
On event day, you’ll login on Psych Safety Day 2024 and see the 3D platform. We will provide a demo video or tutorial to help you familiarize yourself with the interface.
Since it’s a virtual event, there’s no formal dress code. However, we recommend business casual attire if you plan to participate in video networking sessions.
Refunds are available up to two weeks before the event. After that, registrations are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
